Algonquin Engagement Photographer - Cottage Engagement Shoot

When I asked Heather + Al where they spend most of their time together they said up north in Algonquin at the cottage! I love asking this question because it leads to ideas for more authentic engagement photos that will be sentimental to the couple in the future. When they said Algonquin I was stoked! Also, this is where Al proposed to Heather! In the canoe on this lake! While they are up there they adore cuddling up on the couch with their kitty Munzie, catching up on some tele, going out on the lake with their canoe, and cozying up by the fire with some red wine. So that's exactly what they did, and I was there to document it for them <3

They are canoe obsessed..so I had to get this shot :)Snuggles with Munzie :)This is the first car they ever got together and it's still truckin' on! I wanted to get a photo of them by their beloved so they can look back on it in 20 years and laugh about what their fist car looked like (because obviously by then there will be flying cars... =P)Keeping warm by the lake and their cedar strip canoe.Seriously how adorable are they!?!This was a gift from a friend! How sweet is this firepit!?
