A Spanish Countryside Wedding | Ana + Alfredo

Last May I got to photograph a wedding in Spain alongside one of my favourite photographers Daniel Alonzo of People Producciones! Learning from Daniel was an experience in itself.  I love the way he documents weddings in such a real way where even the imperfections are beautiful. Also, having the opportunity to fuse two loves of mine (travel + documenting connection) was an absolute dream. Especially since it was my first time traveling to Spain and it has always been on the bucket list! The Spanish countryside is full of my favourite colours + textures (browns, greens, beige tones + grassy rolling hills) so all that inspiration made me nerd out hard!

Ana and Alfredo married at a dreamy countryside villa, El Pendolero, just outside of Madrid, Spain. The two of them, along with their whole crew was so beautifully expressive that it led to photos full of life + energy. Even though there was a language barrier (since all of them live in Spain + mainly speak Spanish) I was still able to easy document what was going on thanks to emotion + body language. Actually, it felt like there was no barrier whatsoever, which was super cool! Oh, and they freakin had a sunset ceremony too! That Spanish golden light was magical and complimented the love in the air that day so perfectly <3
