Introspection and looking inwards - two very powerful things that can help you during a time of little or no motivation to find your inner balance and alignment with what you truly want and what makes you happy. I want to help people lead their best lives, but recently I was feeling depleted and didnβt have the motivation to do that. I felt so guilty about it. My body was telling me I needed to take care of myself first, before I could help others. So I did that. With this episode, I want to inspire you to let go of feelings of guilt, embrace what your body and mind is telling you, and look inside yourself to rediscover your happiness.
